This is a hybrid role designed for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves bringing structure to chaos, and takes pride in staying steps ahead. You’ll manage calendars, communications, LinkedIn messages, CRM tasks, errands, and weekly priorities — becoming a calm, reliable extension of the Founder.

Ideal for someone starting their career and wanting exposure to real consulting operations, or for someone returning to the workforce seeking flexible, meaningful work with variety.

A driver’s licence is essential, and the role requires occasional in-person tasks around Sydney.
