At the height of her CBA career, Jasmine owned the entire end-to-end process for Business Banking - across 10 departments, 100-plus processes, and 5,000 stakeholders. At 26 she became one of Australia's youngest executives at an ASX-listed fintech, with a mandate to build the operational infrastructure for a $1B lending portfolio. She delivered within nine months.
